Our windows are fitted with the following specifications:
- 28mm Pilkington K glass units, incorporating soft coated spacer bar into A+ rated argon gas filled double glazed units satisfying both FENSA legislation and Building Regulation requirements.
- Internally beaded (all glass units fitted from the inside)
- All windows and doors fixed into reveals using aluminium fasteners.
- Shoot bolt locking system
- Security hinges and clasps
- Relevant bedroom windows to have fire escape egress hinges fitted as per FENSA regulation
- Push button dead lock handles
- Fully fusion welded frames
- Fully reinforced galvanised steel throughout
- 4mm toughened safety glass in relevant areas (all doors and any windows less than 800mm from the finished floor level)
- 5 chambered UPVC frames, with a 15 year discolouration guarantee.
- Fully reinforced door panels with anti Jemmy hinges (where applicable)
- Locking night vent facility
